Seekdar — Terms of Service

Seekdar is an internal advertising management console operated by 香港遠見文化傳媒有限公司 (Yuanjian Culture Media Limited) ("we", "us"). These terms govern use of Seekdar by the people we authorize to use it.

1. Who may use Seekdar

Seekdar is an internal business tool. Accounts are issued only to employees and contractors of Yuanjian Culture Media Limited. Seekdar is not offered to the general public or to third-party advertisers, and no self-service registration is available.

2. What Seekdar does

Seekdar lets our in-house media buying team create, manage and measure our own advertising campaigns. It connects, with the authorizing user's explicit consent, to advertising and analytics accounts that the user already controls — including Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4) via Google's official APIs, and Meta advertising accounts via Meta's Marketing API — in order to display aggregated reporting and to operate our own campaigns.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Connect only advertising and analytics accounts that you are authorized to access.
• Use Seekdar in compliance with the terms and policies of the advertising platforms it connects to, including the Google Ads policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users, or to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the service.

4. Data and privacy

How Seekdar handles data — including Google user data, the OAuth scopes we request, storage, sharing, retention and deletion — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You may revoke Seekdar's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Availability and changes

Seekdar is provided on an "as is" basis for internal use, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close an account at any time, including when a person leaves the company or breaches these terms. On closure, that person's access to Seekdar is revoked. Google and Meta connections are workspace-level rather than personal; they are removed separately from Seekdar's integrations page, which deletes the stored OAuth tokens.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yuanjian Culture Media Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Seekdar. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
